Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PT AVIONETTA TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA, a limited liability company (perseroan terbatas) under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, Archade Business Center 6th Floor unit 6-03, Jl. Pantai Indah Utara 2 Kav. C1, PIK, Kec. Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara 14460, Indonesia ("we"), for your use of MovieMaker. By creating an account you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you use MovieMaker for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

They add the product rules of MovieMaker to the company's general Syarat dan Ketentuan (Indonesian and English). See Tentang Kami for the company's identity.

1. The service

MovieMaker uses AI models to plan, write, voice, generate and edit videos, and can publish them to social platforms you connect. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once about any unauthorised use.

3. Plans, prices and generation cost

• Plans are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, sold by PT AVIONETTA TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA, and set how many videos per day you can produce and publish. Prices are set in US dollars and paid in Indonesian rupiah (IDR); every price shows an estimate in rupiah at the day's exchange rate, which moves with the rate. Tax (PPN), if applicable, and the exact amount and currency charged are shown on the payment page before you complete payment. Prices may change for new subscriptions; we will tell you before any change affects yours.
• MovieMaker is a digital service: your plan is active in your account automatically once payment is confirmed, and a receipt is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped.
• Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans every month, yearly plans once a year at the yearly price — charged to the card you gave at checkout, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers, Xendit and Stripe, through pay.avionetta.ai; we never see or store your card number.
• Plan prices exclude AI generation cost. The AI models used to research, write, voice and generate video charge for their usage; that cost is billed separately at cost, or directly by the provider when you use your own API keys.
• Reels are limited to 1 minute 30 seconds each unless your plan says otherwise.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and you can resume it before then. You can update your card and download invoices from the same page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which does not limit your rights under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

4. Your content

You own the videos you make with MovieMaker, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-assisted work. You give us the permission we need to process, store and publish them for you. You are responsible for what you publish: it must not infringe anyone's rights, mislead, harass, or break the law or the rules of the platforms you post to — including their rules on AI-generated and synthetic content.

5. Storage — back up your files

MovieMaker is not a storage service. Generated and uploaded files are deleted from our servers within 4 days (see Data Deletion). Download and keep your own copies; we are not responsible for files lost after that period.

6. Social platforms

Publishing happens through each platform's official interfaces and depends on them. Platforms set daily limits, may review or refuse posts, and may change their rules at any time. We retry what can be retried and tell you what could not be posted, but we cannot guarantee that a platform accepts, keeps or promotes any post.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use MovieMaker to create spam, impersonate real people, spread deceptive or harmful content, infringe copyright, attack or overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. AI output

AI can be wrong. Review facts before you publish, especially for news, health, finance or legal topics. Output may resemble other content by chance.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep MovieMaker running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where we can.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, MovieMaker is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for MovieMaker in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or lost followers. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using MovieMaker and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. A dispute is first settled amicably (musyawarah) within 30 days of written notice. If that fails, as a consumer you may go to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Board (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen, BPSK) under Law No. 8 of 1999, or either party may bring the matter before the North Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara).

13. Language

The company's terms are made in Indonesian and English. If there is any difference, the Indonesian version prevails (Law No. 24 of 2009).
